Administrators’ PEC (Certified Electronic Mail) : Deadline December 31, 2025

Following our circular of June 19, 2025, we remind you that the 2025 Budget Law introduced the obligation for company directors to obtain a personal certified email address (PEC) to be communicated to the Business Register by December 31, 2025.

Who is affected

The obligation applies to all companies, except for simple partnerships (except agricultural ones), mutual aid societies, consortia and consortium companies. All subjects with management powers must communicate their PEC: directors and liquidators.

Important requirements

  • The director’s PEC must be personal and different from the company’s PEC
  • The address must be communicated to the Business Register
  • Failure to comply results in the suspension of filings at the Business Register

How to proceed

Directors who have not yet activated their personal PEC are invited to send it to Studio RCG by contacting Ms. Gabriella Gradino (g.gradino@studiorcg.it) for communication to the Business Register.
