Subsidised finance

Subsidised finance makes use of various types of incentives. We can divide them into non-repayable grants (or capital grants), subsidised loans (or interest subsidies), guarantee-based interventions, tax credits, and tax incentives.

  • Capital grants: known as the “non-repayable grant”, calculated as a percentage of eligible expenses; there is no requirement to repay capital or pay interest.
  • Interest subsidies and subsidised loans: reduction of interest or provision of loans on favourable terms.
  • Guarantee-based interventions: these involve the provision of guarantees backed by public funds.
  • Tax credits and tax incentives: these are fiscal benefits that allow for the offsetting of tax liabilities, reducing the amount of taxes owed.

Bookkeeping and administrative obligations

Through its service company RCG Data S.r.l., the firm offers its clients specialised administrative services related to bookkeeping, tax representation, management of lease contracts, Intrastat declarations, communications with the Chamber of Commerce, and, in general, all administrative tasks related to the professional activities of a chartered accountant

  • Bookkeeping: Recording and managing all the company’s accounting operations, including purchases, sales, payments, and collections. Preparation and archiving of the accounting documents necessary for the annual financial statements.
  • Tax representation: a service that allows foreign companies to appoint a tax representative in Italy to manage taxes and communications with the Italian tax authorities.
  • Management of lease contracts: Complete administration of lease contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and renewing contracts. Management of payments and relations between landlords and tenants.
  • Intrastat declarations: Preparation and submission of Intrastat declarations, mandatory for companies that exchange goods and services within the European Union. Monitoring of intra-Community transactions to ensure compliance with European regulations.
